Player CAM: Lahiouel, Chumbinho, Chentouf

Every week on MyCujoo, there are plenty of talents showing their skills, their strength, their efficiency, but you cannot necessarily see them all. Don't you worry, we are taking care of you. This week, get to know better Yanis Lahiouel, Chumbinho and Karim Chentouf.

Yanis Lahiouel, striker of FC Stade Lausanne-Ouchy, is the second best forward in Swiss promotion league

Yanis Lahiouel, FC Stade Lausanne-Ouchy

If FC Stade Lausanne-Ouchy is comfortably on top of the Swiss Promotion League (13 points ahead of Yverdon...), it is certainly because of the team spirit but also thanks to its striker : French forward Yanis Lahiouel, 19 goals scored in 24 matches, which makes him the second best striker in the League right now. Originally from the club of Evian-Thonon Gaillard in France, Lahiouel joined Switzerland in 2015, going through a few clubs before joining Lausanne in January 2018. Since then he’s shining and for his 23rd birthday (today!), no doubt he’ll want to score against Yverdon on Saturday, 2nd in the table, and become the top striker of the Swiss Promotion League ! Chumbinho, Internacional de Limeira

Marinaldo Cícero da Silva, rather known as “Chumbinho” is a 32 years old Brazilian player who played a big part of his career in Europe, in Azerbaijan but Greece mainly, where he became an idol for the fans as “Chumbe”. Now back in Brazil, playing for Inter de Limeira in Paulista A2, the winger wants to help his club to promote, which he managed, having reached the final this week-end. Inter de Limeira will play Santo Andre for the Paulista A2 title.

Karim Chentouf, Stade Nyonnais

32 years-old, Karim Chentouf is having one of the best seasons of his career with Stade Nyonnais in Promotion League in Switzerland. Current top scorer of the Swiss third tier with 22 goals (plus 2 goals in the Cup), the Swiss striker is on track to win the Golden Boot and carry his team to promotion to Challenge League. Trained in Meyrin FC, the right-footed forward with Moroccan roots played for seven different clubs in Switzerland since he started his career in 2006.
